SoccerTech is a technical outsource company in the football industry, formed in 2018. Its core business is the research and drafting of philosophies for clubs and schools, leading to the coaching methodology and pedagogy for that institution.
SoccerTech offers everything from full time to ad hoc implementation of these strategies and where require also is involved in the sourcing of coaches and the procurement of technical logistical requirements such as equipment.
Within this core strategy there is an obvious need to assist in the development of football as a whole through running tournaments, private player development and elite player mentorship, with the assistance of other stake holders.
The long term strategy of the company is to broaden the reach of education through soccer by developing an NGO wing that generates income to fund bursaries to schools and universities locally and abroad.
Founder and CEO
The CEO of the company is Mr Steve Bezuidenhout, who holds the highest qualification recognized on the continent the PRO License. In 2012, just after completing his pro license he was short listed for the Technical Director of SAFA position that Neil Tovey currently holds.He has previously set up high performance programs at Glenwood High School, AmaZulu FC, The Sharks Academy and Westville Boys High School. Whilst running his own independent Academy he was able to produce several internationals and PSL players, including Jethren Barr and Kwanda Ngonyama. He has experience running tournaments and is currently a member of the KZN High Schools Committee.

Graham started as a junior at Hillary FC and moved onto play for Durban United as a left-winger/midfielder. He ended up his playing career with Durban City as a goalkeeper. Graham coached Bafana Bafana during his career. He rates the legendary Wade Du Plessis, Grant Johnson and Patson Banda as the best local goalkeepers that he has coached.
Internationally he has mentored Orwin Castel (Mauritius), Mbongeni Mzimela (Bafana Bafana), Tapuwa Kapini (Zimbabwe) and Kalilio Kakonje (Zambia). His knowledge and experience is almost unrivaled in South Africa and he will no doubt improve the goalkeepers nad goalkeeper coaches he works with through SOCCERTECH.
Cayl has been involved in professional football across 4 continents as a player, coach and program Director. He is a Specialist Skills Coach and Certified Performance Specialist (XPS) through Exos in the U.S.A (the leading sports performance program in North America). With an intense focus on ball mastery and the game changing moves of the world’s top players he is responsible for Coerver Coaching opening in South Africa and works with individual players from professional youth clubs to PSL players on maximizing their potential.
